Nat brings incredible experience to our James F. Giannini team and has been in the industry for over 50 years. Nat has experience in mechanical (HVAC) engineering work for architects, owners and design/build contractors. He has worked in the project management area and has experience with city, county, state, and federal government projects. Nat also has experience with various building HVAC systems.
Nat has his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and his MBA from Loyola University and has his Professional Engineer license in Ohio.
Nat is a life member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers and American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
Some of the projects Nat has worked on is the Lake County admin buildings and The Ohio State University buildings to name a few.
